Ingredients:

1 lb lean ground beef

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

3 tbsp unsalted butter
-
3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Optional: pickles, mustard, ketchup for serving
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 1-2 more minutes, then remove from heat.

Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.

Spoon a heaping tablespoon of beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Roll each triangle up from the wide end, encasing the filling, and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

In a small saucepan, melt butter with garlic over low heat. Stir in parsley.
